CalculateEnergyTransferDistribution.py is an example script employed to calculate the average energy transfer to the surface (and energy transfer distributions) as reported in Table 6.
ReadTrajectoryVASP.py is the module employed to read VASP output files. 
The accomodation coefficient alpha can be easily calculated using equation (2) in the manuscript.
